日本語
本研究の目的は，脳卒中患者に対して，手指巧緻機能トレーニング中に補足運動野（SMA）へ陰極の経頭蓋直流電気刺激（tDCS）を実施し，ミラー活動抑制と手指巧緻機能の改善効果を検討することである。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of applying anode-to-cathode transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to the supplementary motor area (SMA) during fine motor training in stroke patients, with the aim of examining the suppression of mirror activity and improvements in fine motor function.
