倫理審査委員会承認日から2027年3月31日の期間中に研究実施施設にて入院，外来受診などにてリハビリテーションを受けている方で今回の研究に関する同意が得られた18歳以上の成人とする．

Participants must be adults aged 18 years or over who are receiving rehabilitation at the research facility, whether as inpatients or outpatients, during the period from the date of approval by the ethics review committee to 31 March 2027, and who have given their consent to participate in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

認知機能低下および高次脳機能障害などにより，研究内容の理解が困難であるもの．

Those who find it difficult to understand the research content due to cognitive decline or higher-level brain dysfunction.

低経験年数の療法士と熟練の療法士が起立着座動作評価尺度を用いて脳卒中患者対象の起立着座動作を評価した結果から，検者間信頼性，検者内信頼性，再検査信頼性，構成概念妥当性を検証する．

This study examines inter-rater reliability, intra-rater reliability, test-retest reliability and construct validity based on the results of evaluations of standing and sitting movements in stroke patients, conducted by both less experienced and experienced therapists using the Standing and Sitting Movement Assessment Scale.
