本研究の目的は、特発性肺線維症（IPF）と診断された患者の既存肺組織標本を用いて、肺組織内における老化関連糖蛋白（Senescence-Associated Glycoprotein: SAGP）の発現の有無を明らかにすることである。

1.順天堂大学医学部附属順天堂医院において、西暦2009年4月1日から西暦2025年12月31日までの間に特発性肺線維症と診断され、肺組織標本が作製・保存されている患者。
2.研究目的で既存肺組織標本および診療情報の利用が可能な患者。

1. Patients diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis at Juntendo University Hospital between April 1, 2009 and December 31, 2025, for whom archived lung tissue specimens are available
2. Patients whose archived lung tissue specimens and clinical information are available for research use

本研究は単施設における後方視的観察研究である。2009年4月1日から2025年12月31日までの間に特発性肺線維症と診断され、肺組織標本が作製・保存されている患者を対象とする。新たな介入や検査は行わず、既存の肺組織標本を用いて老化関連糖蛋白（SAGP）の発現の有無を評価する探索的研究である。

This is a single-center retrospective observational study. Patients diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis between April 1, 2009 and December 31, 2025, for whom archived lung tissue specimens are available, will be included. No additional interventions or procedures will be performed. The study aims to explore the presence or absence of senescence-associated glycoprotein (SAGP) expression in archived lung tissue specimens.
