選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
組み入れ基準は、成人の入院患者のうちフレイルを有する患者を対象とした研究であり、研究の種類は原著論文とする。出版年の制限は設けず、対象言語は日本語および英語とする。アウトカムとして、患者のQOL（生活の質）、処方薬剤数の変化、不要薬の中止率、有害事象の発生率などの臨床的アウトカムを報告している研究を対象とする。

The inclusion criteria were studies involving adult hospitalised patients with frailty. Only original research articles were included. No restriction was placed on the year of publication, and studies published in Japanese or English were eligible. Eligible studies were required to report clinical outcomes such as patients' quality of life (QOL), changes in the number of prescribed medications, discontinuation rates of potentially unnecessary medications, and the incidence of adverse events.
