目的/Objectives

日本語
PIK3CA/AKT1/PTENはインスリン受容体のシグナル伝達の重要な経路の一つであり、実際に非糖尿病患者でもカピバセルチブ使用後に高血糖の有害事象が報告されている。本研究では、高血糖出現のリスクや頻度を評価するため、カピバセルチブ使用による血糖変動を持続血糖測定器(CGM)を用いて、高血糖の発症時期を調査し、高血糖のマネージメント方法を検討する。

PIK3CA/AKT1/PTEN constitute one of the key pathways in insulin receptor signaling. In fact, hyperglycemic adverse events have been reported after the use of capivasertib even in patients without diabetes. In this study, to evaluate the risk and frequency of hyperglycemia, glycemic fluctuations associated with capivasertib administration will be assessed using continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). The timing of hyperglycemia onset will be investigated, and appropriate management strategies for hyperglycemia will be explored.
