(1) HEPAフィルターありの空気清浄機を使用した群とHEPAフィルターなしの空気清浄機を使用した群の間でのFVCの変化の違い。
(2) HEPAフィルターありの空気清浄機を使用した群とHEPAフィルターなしの空気清浄機を使用した群の間でのACTの変化の違い。
(3) HEPAフィルターありの空気清浄機を使用した群とHEPAフィルターなしの空気清浄機を使用した群の間でのCAATの変化の違い。
(4) HEPAフィルターありの空気清浄機を使用した群とHEPAフィルターなしの空気清浄機を使用した群の間でのFeNOの変化の違い。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1) 年齢は18歳以上。性別、薬物治療の内容は不問とする。
(2) 特異的IgEが一つ以上陽性。

(1) Details of drug therapy are not restricted.
(2) One or more specific IgE antibodies must be positive.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 空気清浄機のサイズが大きいなどで自宅に空気清浄機の設置が難しい症例。
(2) 認知機能障害を有する症例。
(3) 慢性気胸を有する症例。
(4) 4週間以内に新規の気胸を発症し、不安定な症例。
(5) 4週間以内に喘息増悪、気道感染を発症し、不安定な症例。
(6) 観察期間中に7日間以上自宅を離れる予定がすでに存在する症例。

(1) Patients cannot install air purifier at home because of this large size or other reasons.
(2) Patients with cognitive impairment.
(3) Patients with chronic pneumothorax.
(4) Patients with unstable conditions due to a new pneumothorax occurring within the past 4 weeks.
(5) Patients with unstable conditions due to asthma exacerbation or airway infection within the past 4 weeks.
(6) Patients with pre-existing plans to be away from home for 7 days or more during the observation and intervention periods.
