血液透析用AVF（arteriovenous fistula）の血流量によるうっ血性心不全の発症および右心負荷所見への影響を評価し、AVF血流量による心不全発症リスクを再検討する。

To evaluate the effect of quantity of blood flow (QB) through arteriovenous fistulas (AVFs) for hemodialysis on the development of congestive heart failure and findings of right ventricular overload, and to re-examine the risk of heart failure associated with QB of AVFs.

1）バスキュラーアクセスとしてAVFを継続して保持していない症例
2）死亡・受診せず、経過の確認ができなかった症例
3）その他、医師の判断により対象として不適当と判断された者

当院で透析導入を行い5年以上の維持透析管理を行った血液透析患者を対象とし、血液透析導入5年経過時の上腕動脈血流量をパルスドプラー法にて計測し、経過中のうっ血性心不全の頻度との相関を評価する。また、導入時の経胸壁心臓超音波所見と導入後5年経過時の心臓超音波所見における右心負荷所見を比較した。

This study targeted hemodialysis patients who underwent initiation of dialysis at our hospital and received maintenance dialysis management for over five years. We measured brachial artery blood flow at five years post-initiation using pulse Doppler ultrasound and evaluated its correlation with the incidence of congestive heart failure during the follow-up period. Additionally, we compared right ventricular load findings on transthoracic echocardiography at initiation with those at five years post-initiation.
