障がいのある人の将来ケアやケア計画に対するきょうだいの認識や関与について、既存の研究を踏まえて明らかにし、障がいのある人とその親のみならず、きょうだいを含めた家族への支援について検討する。

・障がい児者のきょうだいを対象とし、親・祖父母は含まない。
　対象に親や祖父母、専門職が混在する場合、結果を識別できる場合については含める。
・本文献検討では、特にきょうだいの年齢は問わない。
・障がいのある人の障害種別については、先天性・後天性、双方含む。
・在宅or施設入所は問わない　
・日本語または英語による論文
・出版年は2000年以降

Focuses on siblings of children and adults with disabilities,parents and grandparents are excluded.
If parents, grandparents, or professionals are included in the sample but results can be distinguished,they may be included.
This literature review does not restrict the age of siblings.
Regarding the type of disability, both congenital and acquired disabilities are included.
Includes both home based and institutional care settings.
Articles in Japanese or English.
Publication year,2000 or later.

Exclude cases where the person with a disability has a mental illness or learning disability.
Cases where the child with a disability is clearly an infant or toddler or otherwise not yet of school age.
Academic conference reports,review articles, reviews, book chapters, doctoral dissertations, and other degree theses.
Intervention studies.
Research on advance care planning,ACP.

最終、26件を分析した結果、障がいのある人の将来ケアおよびケア計画へのきょうだいの視点と関与は、１）将来のケアやケア責任、自分の人生の影響への不安、2)将来のケア計画の必要性への認識、3）将来のケア計画の不足、4）将来のケア計画に関する親とのコミュニケーションの必要性、5）将来のケア計画へ影響する要因の５つの内容に分類された。

After analyzing 26 papers revealed that sibling perception and involvement in future care and care planning for individuals with disabilities was influenced by five contents: 1) Anxiety about future care, care responsibilities, and impact on their own lives; 2) Recognition of the need for future care planning; 3) Lack of future care planning; 4) Need for communication with parents regarding future care planning; 5) factors influencing future care planning.

研究デザインは、スコーピングレビュー(Arksey & O'Malley, 2005)であり、PCCは下記のとおりである。
P (Patient) 　障がいのある人のきょうだい
（精神疾患・学習障害については除外し、先天性/後天性は問わない、生活場所は問わない）
C (Concept)　わが子の将来のケア/ケア計画に対する視点と関与
C (Context)　国や在宅か施設かなど、障がいのある人の生活場所は問わない

研究対象論文の検索方法については、下記の書誌情報データベースを用いる。
Pub med、CINAHL、Web of Science、医学中央雑誌Web版、CiNii Research

研究対象論文の選択方法は、検索式に基づく、下記の選択プロセスを、２人以上が別々に実施する。
1次スクリーニングで表題・抄録を確認する。
2次スクリーニングで残った文献および抄録で内容を確認し除外できなかった文献は、全文を確認する。
判断に迷う文献は、研究者全員での検討を行う。全文を検討した結果、適格性に欠ける文献は除外する。

対象論文を抽出し、チャーティングによって、抽出するデータは、下記のとおりである。
下記データをマトリックス方式によって、文献を整理する。
著者・発行年・研究デザイン・研究目的・研究対象・サンプルサイズ・方法・アウトカム・測定方法・結果（主要な発見）

The study design is a scoping review (Arksy & O'Malley, 2005), the PCC is defined as follows:
P (Patient) Siblings of individuals with disabilities
(Excluding mental illness and learning disabilities; congenital/acquired conditions not specified; living arrangements not specified)
C (Concept) Perceptions and involvement regarding future care/care plans for their own child
C (Context) Country, living arrangements (home-based or facility-based), etc., not specified.

The following bibliographic databases are used to search for research papers; PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science, Nippon Igaku Zasshi Web Edition, CiNii Research.

The selection method for research papers involves the following process based on search terms, conducted independently by two or more individuals:
1. Initial screening: Review titles and abstracts.
2. Secondary screening: Review remaining literature and abstracts. For papers that cannot be excluded at this stage, review the full text.
For papers where judgment is uncertain, conduct a review with all researchers. Papers deemed ineligible after full-text review are excluded.

Target papers are extracted, and the data extracted via charting is as follows.
Literature is organized using a matrix format for the following data:
Author,Publication Year, Study Design, Study Purpose,Study Population/Sample Size, Methods, Outcomes/Measurement Methods,Results (Key Findings)
