本研究では大腸ポリープに対するcold snare polypectomyについて先端チップ付スネアが従来の一般的に用いられているスネアに比べての切除力に関する優劣性の検証を多施設で行う。

This study aims to evaluate, in a multicenter setting, whether a snare with a distal tip provides superior resection ability compared with conventional snares commonly used for cold snare polypectomy to colorectal polyps.
