本研究の目的は、精神疾患を有する者を対象として、援助付き雇用を基本とする就労支援プログラムにRehaComを用いた認知機能リハビリテーションを追加した場合の有効性を検証することである。

介入群では、援助付き雇用（IPS）を基本とする就労支援プログラム（IPSBP）に加えて、RehaComを用いた認知機能リハビリテーションを実施する。認知機能リハビリテーションは12週間、週2回、計24回実施し、1回60分以内とする。

In the intervention group, cognitive rehabilitation using RehaCom will be added to the employment support program based on Individual Placement and Support (IPSBP). Cognitive rehabilitation will be provided twice weekly for 12 weeks, for a total of 24 sessions, with each session lasting up to 60 minutes.

対照群では、援助付き雇用（IPS）を基本とする就労支援プログラム（IPSBP）を実施する。両群のプログラム総時間を一定にするため、介入群で認知機能リハビリテーションを実施する時間に相当する時間について、対照群ではパソコン練習を行う。

In the control group, the employment support program based on Individual Placement and Support (IPSBP) will be provided. To equalize the total program time between the two groups, participants in the control group will engage in computer practice during the time corresponding to the cognitive rehabilitation sessions in the intervention group.

・DSM-5により精神疾患と診断された者
・医療法人友愛会千曲荘病院精神科デイケアに利用者登録をしている者
・登録時年齢が18歳以上64歳以下の者
・就労意欲がある者
・障害者雇用制度の利用およびデイケアの就労支援プログラム（IPSBP）への参加に同意した者
・本研究について十分な説明を受けた後、本人の自由意思に基づく文書同意が得られた者

-Diagnosed with a mental disorder according to DSM-5
-Aged 18 to 64 years
-Registered as a user of the psychiatric day care service at Chikuma-so Hospital
-Willing to work
-Agreed to use the disability employment system and participate in the employment support program
-Provided written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・18歳未満または65歳以上の者
・知的障害、認知症、てんかん、頭部外傷、脳血管疾患等を合併する者
・病状が不安定で、IPSBPまたは認知機能検査の実施が困難な者
・研究参加への同意が得られない者
・主治医または研究責任者が不適格と判断した者

-Unstable condition making participation in the employment support program or cognitive assessments difficult
-Did not provide informed consent
-Judged ineligible by the attending physician or principal investigator
