禁煙成功率（12週プログラム終了時に、最終報告日と自己申告の最終喫煙日との差が4週間以上であり、その期間に1本も喫煙していないと自己申告した者を禁煙成功と定義)

-iOS または Android のスマートフォンを保有している
-勤務先の健康保険組合（企業の健康保険）に加入している
-加熱式たばこおよび電子たばこ等の新型たばこ製品を含み、1日1本以上の喫煙を自己申告している者

-Owns an iOS or Android smartphone.
-Enrolled in the company corporate health insurance program.
-Self-reported smoking of at least 1 cigarette per day, including novel tobacco products such as heated tobacco products and e-cigarettes.

本研究は単群の前向き観察研究である。
参加者はデジタル・ピアサポートアプリを用いた3か月間の禁煙プログラムに参加し、開始時および終了時（3か月）に質問票（禁煙状況等）に回答する。主要評価項目は禁煙成功率とする。
解析はロジスティック回帰分析を用いて禁煙成功のオッズ比を算出する。

This study is a single-arm prospective observational study.
Participants will take part in a 3-month smoking cessation program using a digital peer-support app and will complete questionnaires (including smoking status) at baseline and at 3 months (program end).
The primary outcome is the smoking cessation success rate.
Logistic regression analysis will be used to estimate the odds ratio for smoking cessation success.
