選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・がんの罹患経験がない
・同居家族にがんの罹患経験のあるものがいない
・医療従事者および心理職、福祉職ではない
・Google Formによる質問への回答が可能である
・5週間（週1回×5回）のwebプログラムに参加可能である
・研究参加に耐えうる身体・精神状態と自身が判断している
・本研究の参加に電磁的もしくは書面で同意する

No personal history of cancer.
No family members living in the same household with a history of cancer.
Not a healthcare professional.
Not a healthcare or social care professional
Capable of completing questionnaires via Google Forms.
Able to participate in the 5-week web-based program (once a week for 5 sessions).
Self-assessed as being in a physical and mental condition stable enough to participate in the study.
Provided informed consent to participate in this study, either electronically or in writing.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・現在、精神疾患の治療中であり、主治医から研究参加の許可を得ていない者
・過去に心理社会的支援に関する専門的な研修を受けたことがある者
・インターネットの接続環境が不安定であり、Webプログラムの視聴や回答が困難な者
・その他、研究責任者が不適当と判断した者

英語
Individuals currently receiving treatment for mental health conditions who have not obtained permission from their attending physician to participate.
Individuals who have previously received professional training in psychosocial support.
Individuals with an unstable internet connection that hinders participation in the web-based program or completion of surveys.
Individuals otherwise deemed unsuitable for the study by the principal investigator.
