本研究は、要介護高齢者を受け入れる事業所における有償ボランティア活動の導入および継続要因について、半構造化インタビューを用いて探索的に明らかにする観察研究である。事業所の施設長を対象に1回のインタビューを実施し、得られた語りを質的に分析する。

This is an observational study that explores factors related to the introduction and continuation of paid volunteer activities in facilities accepting older adults requiring long-term care. A semi-structured interview will be conducted once with the facility managers, and the narratives obtained will be analyzed qualitatively.
