70Gでインスリンポンプ治療中である１型糖尿病患者を対象に、780Gへ切替えることで、血糖を初めとする代謝関連パラメータおよびQOL関連指標の変化について検証することを本研究の目的とする

The objective of this study is to evaluate changes in metabolic parameters, including blood glucose, and quality of life (QOL) indicators in type 1 diabetes patients currently undergoing insulin pump therapy with the 70G system, following their transition to the 780G system.

780Gへ切替えた12週後の平均血糖のベースラインからの変化

Change in average blood glucose from baseline 12 weeks after switching to 780G

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

研究開始時から4週，12週，24週における以下の変化
① 体重，腹囲，BMI
② 血圧，脈拍
③ その他の採血・採尿検査（血糖，HbA1c，肝機能，腎機能，脂質など）
④ 治療別の日内血糖変動指標 (MAGEのほか、%CV、M値、SD、ADRR(average daily risk range))
⑤ 24時間平均血糖値 (治療変更前後)
⑥ 血糖値が70-180mg/dlの範疇に入っている時間の長さ(TIR; Percentage of time in target range)
⑦ 血糖値が70mg/dl未満の時間の長さ(TBR; Percentage of time below target range)
⑧ 血糖値が180mg/dlよりも高い時間の長さ(TAR; Percentage of time above target range)
⑨ 日間血糖変動指標 (MODD) (治療変更前後)
⑩ 時間帯別の血糖AUC (180mg/dl以上と70mg/dl未満)，MAGE、SD、MODD
⑪ 上記データに影響を与える患者背景や臨床検査値との関連
⑫ 糖尿病治療満足度やQOLに関連する患者アンケート（DTR-QOL、PAID）
⑬ 上記データに影響を与える患者背景や臨床検査値との関連

The inclusion criteria were a diagnosis of type 1 diabetes and treatment with the MiniMed 770G system.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

重篤な肝疾患の合併により，本研究への参加が困難である患者
その他，研究責任医師または研究分担医師が不適当と判断した患者

Patients for whom participation in this study is difficult due to concomitant severe liver disease.

Patients deemed inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator or subinvestigators for any other reason.
