若年女子バレーボール選手を対象に，10分間のバランストレーニングが片脚垂直ジャンプ着地における動的姿勢制御に及ぼす即時的変化を，Stabilogram Diffusion Analysis（SDA）およびModified Star Excursion Balance Test（mSEBT）を用いて検討すること．

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
中学校または高等学校のバレーボール部に所属する32名の女子選手で，以下を満たす者．
①部活動に制限なく参加している者，②精神疾患を有しない者，③神経学的疾患を有しない者，④測定日から1年以内に下肢整形外科疾患に対する手術歴を有しない者，⑤測定日から6か月以内に2週間以上の競技離脱を要する下肢外傷歴を有しない者

Included 32 female volleyball players from junior high and high school teams. The inclusion criteria were (1) participation in club activities without any restrictions, (2) no history of psychiatric disorders, (3) no history of neurological disorders, (4) no history of lower limb orthopedic surgery within 1 year before the assessment, and (5) no history of lower limb injury requiring absence from sports participation for >2 weeks within the last 6 months.

主な結果/Results
日本語
介入群では，SDAのCP がPre-test時とPost-test時の比較において，それぞれ0.87 sから0.61 sへ有意に短縮した（p < 0.05）．また，mSEBTのPM，及びPLは，それぞれ0.87 から0.93 ，0.78から0.85へと有意に増大した（p < 0.01）．非介入群では，いずれの指標においても有意差は認められなかった．

The intervention group showed a significant decrease in the CP after the intervention (p < 0.05). Additionally, reach distances in the PM and PL directions significantly in-creased (p < 0.01). No significant changes were observed in the control group.
