目的/Objectives

日本語
呼吸器外科術後患者を対象に、PTPSに至るリスク因子を前向きに検討し、特に患者のフレイル状態がPTPS発症に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることである。これにより、PTPSのリスク層別化や予防的介入の科学的根拠を確立し、高齢者における疼痛管理と生活機能維持に寄与することを目指す。

The aim is to prospectively investigate risk factors leading to PTPS in patients undergoing respiratory surgery, with particular focus on clarifying the impact of patient frailty on the development of PTPS. Through this, we seek to establish a scientific basis for risk stratification and preventive interventions for PTPS, thereby contributing to improved pain management and maintenance of functional status in elderly patients.

呼吸器外科手術を予定している患者で同意取得時に18歳以上の患者、かつ研究の参加に同意が得られる患者

Patients scheduled to undergo respiratory surgery who are 18 years of age or older at the time of informed consent and who provide consent to participate in the study.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
開胸移行など術式に変更があった患者、追跡が困難な患者、既往により下肢・測定部位に変形や手術歴があり正確に歩行検査や筋厚測定が受けられない患者

Patients whose surgical procedure was changed (e.g., conversion to thoracotomy), patients for whom follow-up is difficult, and patients with deformities of the lower extremities or measurement sites or a history of surgery at those sites that would preclude accurate gait testing or muscle thickness measurement.
