除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 発熱、細菌感染、急性炎症性疾患、急性心筋梗塞、重度の高血圧症、妊婦や生理中、重症の貧血、紫斑病（出血性要因のある方）、透析中
② 年齢が 85 歳以上

1)Fever, bacterial infection, acute inflammatory disease, acute myocardial infarction, severe hypertension, pregnancy or menstruation, severe anemia, purpura (individuals with bleeding factors), undergoing dialysis
2)Being 85 years of age or older

研究対象者は、しのぶやまテラスにおける通常の施設利用として、ナノミストサウナ、運動、または両者を自身の自由意思に基づき選択し利用する。
ベースライン、1か月後、2か月後、3か月後に主要評価項目、副次評価項目の評価を行う。

Participants will freely choose to use either the nano mist sauna, exercise, or both as part of their regular facility use at Shinobuyama Terrace.
Primary and secondary outcome measures will be assessed at baseline, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months.
