選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
自由意思により試験への参加を表明した者で、下記の基準を満たした者を対象とする。
（1）同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上50歳未満の成人男女
（2）BMIが30以下の者
（3）事前に当該臨床試験の説明を受け、ヘルシンキ宣言に則ったインフォームド・コンセントを含めた内容を理解し、趣旨に賛同し、本人による文書同意が得られる者

Participants who voluntarily express their intent to join the trial and meet the following criteria:
(1) Adult men and women aged 20 years or older but under 50 years at the time of consent acquisition
(2) Individuals with a BMI of 30 or below
(3) Individuals who have received prior explanation of the clinical trial, understand the content including informed consent in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki, agree with its purpose, and can provide written consent themselves

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
（１）糖尿病薬を服用している者
（２）インスリン治療を受けている者
（３）小麦アレルギーを持っている者
（４）消化吸収に影響を与えるような消化器の手術歴のある者
（５）妊娠中または妊娠している可能性のある者、および授乳中の者
（６）食物繊維サプリメント（海藻、コンニャク、サイリウムなどから調整した食物繊維含有製品）や全粒穀物（全粒小麦、玄米、ライ麦、大麦などを含む）を継続して摂取している者
（７）他の医薬品または健康食品の臨床試験に参加中、試験終了後4週間以内の者、あるいは本試験の参加同意後に他の臨床試験に参加する予定のある者

(1) Individuals taking diabetes medication
(2) Individuals receiving insulin therapy
(3) Individuals with wheat allergies
(4) Individuals with a history of digestive tract surgery that affects digestion and absorption
(5) Individuals who are pregnant, may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding
(6) Individuals who regularly consume dietary fiber supplements (products containing dietary fiber derived from seaweed, konjac, psyllium, etc.) or whole grains (including whole wheat, brown rice, rye, barley, etc.)
(7) Individuals currently participating in other drug or health supplement clinical trials, those within 4 weeks of completing such a trial, or those planning to participate in another clinical trial after giving consent for this trial
