本研究は単施設の前向き観察研究である。経営企画戦略室が主導する経営改革プロジェクトの進捗、意思決定に要した期間、および関連する財務・運営指標（労働分配率、病床稼働率等）を時系列で収集・解析する。また、過去の同時期における経営データと比較するヒストリカルコントロールデザインを用いる。

This is a single-center prospective observational study. We will chronologically collect and analyze the progress of management reform projects led by the Business Planning and Strategy Office, the duration required for decision-making, and relevant financial and operational indicators (e.g., labor distribution rate, bed occupancy rate). A historical control design will be employed to compare the data with management records from the same period in previous years.
