介入は貧血管理に焦点を当てたモバイルベースの健康教育プログラムで構成される。介入期間は16週間である。介入期間を１６週間としたのは、介入終了時点が、血漿量拡張が中程度である妊娠中期にあたり、妊娠後期の著明な血液希釈が起こる前にヘモグロビン値の変化を適切に評価できるためである。また、妊娠後期に到達する前に介入を完了させることで、参加者が介入に十分に反応しうる時間を確保できるためである。
このプログラムでは、貧血と診断された妊婦の携帯電話へ、電話およびSMSによる情報発信（貧血、その影響、徴候、原因、予防法について）を行う。本介入プログラムの教育内容は、バングラデシュ公衆衛生栄養研究所（IPHN）が策定した「バングラデシュ貧血予防・管理国家戦略」の指針に基づき選定した。同戦略は貧血予防・管理のための6つの優先戦略を提唱しており、うち5つの戦略について、本教育プログラムを通じて実施する。貧血の基本情報（原因、症状、徴候、妊婦がリスクにさらされる理由、母体と新生児への影響）についても網羅する。さらに、介入群の対象者には、介入期間中にSMSで共有した情報全てをまとめた冊子が提供される。

The intervention consists of a mobile-based health education program focused on anemia management. The intervention period is 16 weeks. The intervention period was set at 16 weeks because its completion coincides with mid-pregnancy, a stage of moderate plasma volume expansion, allowing for appropriate assessment of hemoglobin changes before the significant blood dilution that occurs in late pregnancy. Additionally, completing the intervention before reaching the third trimester ensures participants have sufficient time to respond adequately to the intervention.
This program delivers information via phone calls and SMS messages to the mobile phones of pregnant women diagnosed with anemia. The content covers anemia, its effects, signs, causes, and prevention methods. The educational content for this intervention program was selected in accordance with the Bangladesh National Strategy for Prevention and Management of Anemia, developed by the Institute of Public Health Nutrition (IPHN). This strategy proposes six priority strategies for anemia prevention and management, and this educational program implements five of these strategies. It also covers basic information about anemia (causes, symptoms, signs, reasons pregnant women are at risk, and impacts on the mother and newborn).Additionally, participants in the intervention group will be provided with a booklet summarizing all information shared via SMS during the intervention period.

１．妊娠週数が10週未満と診断され、軽度から中等度（血中ヘモグロビン値7g/dl～10.9g/dl）と診断された者
２. 研究対象地域の永住者である者
３. 18歳以上の者
４．家族内に少なくとも1台の稼働中の携帯電話を所有している者
５. 研究参加に関して書面により同意を得た者

1. Individuals diagnosed with a gestational age of less than 10 weeks and diagnosed with mild to moderate anemia (hemoglobin level 7 g/dL to 10.9 g/dL)
2. Individuals who are permanent residents of the study area

5. Individuals who have provided written consent to participate in the study

２．血液炎症、糖尿病、サラセミア、高血圧、精神疾患など、慢性疾患もしくは先天性疾患の既往もしくは疑いのある者
３．重度の貧血を有する者
４．本研究期間中に研究地域を離れる可能性がある者

1. Individuals who are hospitalized at the time of registration or who have a pregnancy complicated by bleeding, severe nausea, vomiting, or other complications
2. Individuals with a history of, or suspected to have, chronic or congenital diseases such as blood inflammation, diabetes, thalassemia, hypertension, or mental illness
3. Individuals with severe anemia
4. Individuals who may leave the study area during the study period
