・産後における社会的支援の経時的変化を評価する。
・日本語版STORK の心理測定的評価（妥当性・信頼性など）を行う。
・ObsQoR10 の最小臨床的重要差（MCID: Minimal Clinically Important Difference）を算出
する。
・STORK のMCID を算出する。
・ PICSS-日本語版（PICSS-Japanese） の心理測定的評価を行う。

埼玉医科大学総合医療センターにおいて、自機関の長の実施許可日から
2027年12月31日まで
の期間に妊娠三半期の外来受診をした者、かつ以下の1)～3)をすべて満たす者。
1) 日本語を話し、読み書きができる年齢が18歳以上の女性
2) 帝王切開または自然分娩を問わない
3) 経産回数、妊娠週数、麻酔方法を問わない

Cesarean and spontaneous vaginal delivery

Any anaesthesia type
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 18歳未満
2) 死産。新生児死亡の症例
3)研究参加への拒否
4) 日本語の読み書きが困難な者
5) 吸引・鉗子分娩などの器械分娩
