選択基準/Key inclusion criteria
日本語
初発の脳卒中による片麻痺があり、上位運動ニューロン症候群の陽性徴候 （腱反射亢進、痙縮、共収縮、連合反応、屈筋反射の増大）が少なくとも1つあるもの。

hemiparesis due to a single, unilateral stroke; and presence of at least one positive sign of upper motor neuron syndrome (e.g., exaggerated tendon jerks, spasticity, co-contraction, associated reactions, increased flexor reflexes, dystonia, or stiffness).
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
（1）関節手術の既往や関節リウマチなどの重大な関節病変の存在、（2）重度の感覚障害、および（3）簡単な指示に従えないこと。

(1) presence of significant joint pathologies, such as a history of joint surgery or rheumatoid arthritis; (2) severe sensory impairment; and (3) inability to follow simple commands.
