日本語
徳島大学における「TODS Study」（申請番号 4570-3）および関西電力病院で実施された「生活習慣を背景とした慢性疾患をもつ患者のスティグマ尺度の開発」研究（承認番号 第医19-008号）で得られたKISS情報および臨床情報を統合し、1型糖尿病および2型糖尿病のある方における糖尿病関連スティグマを構造分析し、スティグマのパターンと関連する臨床的背景を明らかにすることを目的とする。

This study aims to integrate KISS data and clinical information obtained from the (TODS Study) conducted at Tokushima University (Approval No. 4570-3) and the study (Development of a stigma scale for patients with chronic diseases related to lifestyle) conducted at Kansai Electric Power Hospital (Approval No. 19-008). By combining these datasets, the study seeks to perform a structural analysis of diabetes-related stigma among individuals with type 1 and type 2 diabetes and to identify stigma patterns and their associated clinical backgrounds.

糖尿病を有する患者（1型糖尿病・2型糖尿病）
20歳以上の患者
同意が得られた患者
自己記入式の質問票に回答できる能力がある患者

Patients diagnosed with diabetes (type 1 or type 2).
Patients aged 20 years or older.
Patients who have provided informed consent.
Patients who are capable of answering the self-reported interview sheet.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

アンケートに対して自身で回答することが困難な患者
主治医が本研究の対象として不適切と判断した患者
認知機能障害、心理的・精神的障害の可能性がある患者
