腰部脊柱管狭窄症の患者の手術前後の活動量やADL(activities of daily living)等の変化を明らかにする。また、その予後因子を明らかにする。

The objective of this study is to clarify changes in physical activity levels and activities of daily living (ADL) before and after surgery in patients with lumbar spinal canal stenosis, and to identify prognostic factors associated with these changes.

Physical activity measures other than METs, obtained from activity trackers (e.g., pedometers, smartphones, or smartwatches), including step counts and overall physical activity levels, Japanese Orthopaedic Association Back Pain Evaluation Questionnaire (JOABPEQ), 25-question Geriatric Locomotive Function Scale (Locomo-25), Falls Efficacy Scale-International (FES-I), Elderly Status Assessment Set (E-SAS), Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB), Weight Bearing Index, Handgrip strength, Barthel Index

1)当院で腰部脊柱管狭窄症もしくは腰椎すべり症に対して手術を受けた者
2)65歳以上の者
3)当院でリハビリテーション治療を受けた者

1)Patients who underwent surgery for lumbar spinal canal stenosis or Lumbar spondylolisthesis at our hospital
2)Patients aged 65 years or older
3)Patients who received rehabilitation treatment at our hospital

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1)評価項目の評価ができなかった者
2)本研究への参加にあたり拒否の申出をした者
3)他の脊椎手術の既往がある者
4)フォロー期間中に他の整形外科手術を受けた者
