ICI-PI発症例における膵形態変化および膵内分泌・外分泌機能の経時的推移を記述し、膵石灰化、膵外分泌機能不全の発生、ならびに生命予後（PFS、OS）との関連を探索的に評価する。

To describe the longitudinal course of pancreatic morphological changes and pancreatic endocrine and exocrine function after ICI-PI, and to exploratorily evaluate associations with the development of pancreatic calcification, pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, and survival outcomes (PFS and OS).

【case-enrichedコホート（多施設集積：ICI-PI発症例）】
1) 2014年9月から2019年4月の間に、共同研究機関を含む参加施設において免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（ICI）投与後に免疫チェックポイント阻害薬関連膵障害（ICI-PI）を発症した患者
2) 診療内容および予後に関する情報が診療録から取得可能な患者
3) ICI投与開始時点で18歳以上の患者
【comparativeコホート（施設限定連続コホート：比較解析用母集団）】
1) 2014年9月から2019年4月の間に、神戸大学医学部附属病院において免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（ICI）を投与された連続症例
2) 診療内容および予後に関する情報が診療録から取得可能な患者
3) ICI投与開始時点で18歳以上の患者

1. Patients who developed immune checkpoint inhibitor-related pancreatic injury (ICI-PI) after receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) at participating institutions, including collaborating centers, between September 2014 and April 2019
2. Patients whose clinical course and outcome data are available from medical records
3. Patients aged 18 years or older at the start of ICI treatment
[Comparative cohort (single-center consecutive cohort; source population for comparative analyses)]
1. Consecutive patients who received immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) at Kobe University Hospital between September 2014 and April 2019
2. Patients whose clinical course and outcome data are available from medical records
3. Patients aged 18 years or older at the start of ICI treatment

本研究は、診療録情報を用いた後ろ向き観察研究であり、治療介入や追加検査は行わない。研究対象者に対する新たな負担は生じず、研究は各参加施設の倫理審査委員会の承認を得て、オプトアウト方式により実施する。

This study is a retrospective observational study using medical record data, with no treatment interventions or additional procedures. No additional burden is imposed on participants, and the study is conducted with approval from the institutional review boards of the participating institutions using an opt-out consent process.
