SPT（サポーティブペリオドンタルセラピー）が口腔機能全般や栄養状態に与える影響を、横断解析と後ろ向きコホート解析を組み合わせて検証し、オーラルフレイル予防への潜在的効果を科学的に明らかにすることを目的とする。

The aim of this study is to scientifically elucidate the potential preventive effects of supportive periodontal therapy (SPT) on oral frailty by examining its impact on overall oral function and nutritional status through a combined cross-sectional and retrospective cohort analysis.

1. 文書による自由意思での同意が得られた方
2. 年齢が50歳以上79歳以下の方
3. 協力歯科医院で1年以上にわたりSPTを受けている方
4. 現在歯が20歯以上ある方

Individuals who have provided written informed consent.
Aged between 50 and 79 years.
Have been receiving supportive periodontal therapy (SPT) at the participating dental clinic for at least one year.
Currently possess 20 or more natural teeth.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1. 口腔内に急性の炎症症状を有する方
2. ゼラチンアレルギーを有する方
3. 重篤な全身疾患またはコントロール不良の糖尿病の方
4. 認知症の診断を受けている、または同意能力に疑いがある方
5. その他、研究責任医師が不適当と判断した方

Individuals with acute inflammatory symptoms in the oral cavity
Individuals with a gelatin allergy
Individuals with severe systemic diseases or poorly controlled diabetes mellitus
Individuals diagnosed with dementia or whose capacity to provide informed consent is in doubt
Any other individuals deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator
