研究対象者の母集団
入院中で口腔ケアを要すると判断された口腔衛生が不良な患者で口腔内に痂皮を認めたもの
適格基準
(1) 20歳以上
(2) 口腔ケアの依頼が主治医から出されたもの
(3) 口腔外科による口腔ケアの初回介入時に口腔内に痂皮を認めたもの

Study Population
Hospitalized patients with poor oral hygiene who were determined to require oral care and exhibited oral eschar.
Eligibility Criteria
(1) Aged 20 years or older
(2) Patients for whom oral care was requested by the attending physician
(3) Presence of oral eschar at the time of the initial oral care intervention by the oral surgeon

(1) 呼吸、循環の状態が著しく不安定なもの
(2) 開口位を維持できないもの
(3) 口腔内の粘膜の疾患により器具の接触を伴う口腔ケアの実施が著しく困難なもの
(4) 著しい痛みのあるもの

Exclusion Criteria
(1)Significantly unstable respiratory or circulatory status
(2) Inability to maintain an open mouth position
(3) Significant difficulty performing oral care involving instrument contact due to oral mucosal disease
(4) Presence of significant pain
