日本語
消化器内視鏡は小児消化器病診療には必須の診療技術であり、近年その重要性は炎症性腸疾患患者数の増加などの影響もあり高まっている。しかし、診療を行う小児科医に対する教育法については定まったものがなく、各教育指導施設の努力に依存している状況である。日本小児栄養消化器肝臓学会では小児内視鏡診療の普及のため2015年より「小児消化器内視鏡ハンズオンセミナー」を開催し、その成果を報告してきた。今回、本セミナーが本邦の小児消化器内視鏡診療の普及と参加者の小児消化器内視鏡診療に与える効果を検証・評価する目的で多機関共同観察研究を計画した

Gastrointestinal endoscopy is an essential clinical technique in pediatric gastroenterology, and its importance has been increasing in recent years, partly due to the rising number of patients with inflammatory bowel disease. However, no standardized educational method exists for training pediatricians who perform these procedures, and current training largely depends on the efforts of individual teaching institutions.
To promote pediatric endoscopy practice, the Japan Society of Pediatric Nutrition, Gastroenterology and Hepatology has been organizing the "Pediatric Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Hands-on Seminar" since 2015 and has reported its outcomes.
In this study, we planned a multicenter collaborative observational study to evaluate the impact of this seminar on the dissemination of pediatric gastrointestinal endoscopy in Japan and on the participants' clinical endoscopy practice.
