塩化セチルピリジニウムとβ-グリチルレチン酸含有の歯磨剤および洗口剤を、１日 2 回以上、計 3 か月間の継続使用する。

Use of CPC + beta-glycyrrhetinic acid paste and liquid formulations at least twice daily for 3 months.

塩酸クロルヘキシジン含有の歯磨剤およびグルコン酸クロルヘキシジンとグリチルリチン酸モノアンモニウム含有の洗口剤を、１日 2 回以上、計 3 か月間の継続使用する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

① 本研究の目的・内容・副作用などについて説明を受け、それらについて十分理解した上で、自発的に研究に参加を志願し、文書同意が得られた患者
② 残存歯を16歯以上有する患者
③ 第三大臼歯以外で、PPDが4-8mmの病状安定な歯を有する患者
④ 同意取得時の年齢が20歳以上の患者

(1) Patients who have received explanations about the purpose, content, and side effects of this study, fully understood them, voluntarily wished to participate in the study,
and provided written informed consent
(2) Patients who have 16 or more remaining teeth
(3) Patients who have stable teeth with a PPD of 4-8mm, excluding third molars
(4) Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 試験開始１か月以内に抗生物質（抗菌薬）を適用した患者
② がん、脳卒中、急性心筋梗塞、糖尿病、自己免疫疾患を治療中の患者
③ 妊娠中又は授乳中の方
④ 喫煙者
⑤ 過去に歯磨剤でアレルギー反応を起こしたことがある方
⑥ 歯科医院に通院し、歯周病以外の口腔内疾患の治療を受けている方
⑦ 現在、他の口腔に関する臨床試験に参加している方

(1) Patients who have been administered antibiotics (antimicrobial agents) within 1 month before the start of the study
(2) Patients currently being treated for cancer, stroke, acute myocardial infarction, diabetes, or autoimmune diseases
(3) Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
(4) Smokers
(5) Patients who have experienced allergic reactions to toothpaste in the past
(6) Patients who are visiting a dental clinic and receiving treatment for oral diseases other than periodontal disease
(7) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials related to oral health
