本研究の目的は、看護師が手指衛生の前に実施可能な複数の手の温め行動について、手の皮膚温や血流などの生理学的指標、および温度感覚などの主観的指標に及ぼす即時的影響を比較検討することである。

The purpose of this study is to compare the immediate effects of multiple hand-warming behaviors that can be performed by nurses prior to hand hygiene on physiological indicators, such as hand skin temperature and blood flow, as well as subjective indicators, such as thermal sensation.

2．安静姿勢を保持して測定に参加できる者
3．研究内容を理解し、文書による同意が得られる者

2. Able to maintain a resting posture during measurements
3. Able to understand the study and provide written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1．循環器系または末梢循環に明らかな異常を有する疾患の既往を有する者
2．自律神経系に作用する薬剤を常用している者
3．手指または前腕に皮膚疾患や刺激反応があり、測定やアルコール手指消毒に支障がある者
4．妊娠中の者

1. History of cardiovascular or peripheral circulatory disorders that may affect circulation
2. Regular use of medications affecting the autonomic nervous system
3. Skin disorders or sensitivity of the hands or forearms that may interfere with alcohol-based hand hygiene or measurements
4. Pregnant women
