除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

Open Abdomen施行後48時間以内に死亡した患者
Open Abdomen施行後48時間以内にDo not attempt resuscitationオーダーが確認された患者
Open Abdomen施行前に筋膜閉鎖困難な腹壁瘢痕ヘルニアを認めた患者
虫垂穿孔が唯一の診断の患者

Patients who had DNAR order within 48 h after the initial surgery of open abdomen
Patients with ventral hernia that was diagnosed before open abdomen and fascia could not be closed due to the hernia

日本語
本邦におけるOAを行った下部消化管穿孔患者において、一次筋膜閉鎖率と関連する患者背景、病態、手術情報、集中治療の内容などを、記述統計、単変量解析、多変量解析（一般化推定方程式、ロジスティック回帰分析、傾向スコアを用いた解析）を用いて検討する。多変量解析では、臨床的妥当性および先行研究を踏まえて選択した交絡因子（年齢、性別、基礎疾患、術前状態等）を調整因子としてモデルに含める。本研究では疾患、重症度によるサブグループ解析を行う。

In patients with lower gastrointestinal perforation who underwent open abdomen management in Japan, we examined patient characteristics, disease severity, operative variables, and intensive care management associated with the rate of primary fascial closure. Descriptive statistics, univariable analyses, and multivariable analyses are performed, including generalized estimating equations, logistic regression analysis, and propensity score-based analyses.
In the multivariable analyses, clinically relevant confounders selected based on prior studies and clinical plausibility (such as age, sex, comorbidities, and preoperative condition) were included in the models as adjustment variables.
In addition, subgroup analyses stratified by disease etiology and severity are conducted in this study.
