本研究の目的は，精神科病院におけるアルコール依存症患者に対するセルフモニタリングの要素を加えた作業中心の個別プログラムの実施が，クライエントの再飲酒リスク及び，作業遂行，主観的QOL，自己効力感に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることでプログラムの効果を検証することである。

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of an occupation-based individual program incorporating self-monitoring elements for patients with Alcohol Use Disorder in a psychiatric hospital by clarifying its effects on relapse risk, occupational performance, subjective quality of life, and self-efficacy.

入院している医療機関において実施されている依存症治療プログラムに加えて，セルフモニタリングの要素を加えた作業中心の個別プログラムを2週間以内で，1セッション約60分，最大10セッション実施する。

In addition to the addiction treatment program routinely provided at the hospital where participants were hospitalized, an occupation-based individual program incorporating self-monitoring elements was delivered within a two-week period, consisting of approximately 60-minute sessions, with a maximum of 10 sessions.

依存症治療専門医療機関である精神科病院に入院しており，当該施設の精神科医によりDSM-5に基づいてアルコール依存症と診断されたクライエントを対象とする。

Participants were inpatients at a psychiatric hospital specializing in addiction treatment and had been diagnosed with Alcohol Use Disorder according to the DSM-5 criteria by a psychiatrist at the study site.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

認知症と診断されているクライエントは除外する。
