本研究は後ろ向き観察研究である。研究対象は、研究期間中に歯科ペインクリニックを初診受診し、三叉神経痛と診断された患者とした。診療録および画像記録から、年齢、性別、疼痛部位、歯科治療との関連、MRI所見（神経血管圧迫の有無および責任血管）、処方薬剤の内容、脳神経外科紹介の有無を収集した。介入、割付、盲検化は行っていない。

This study is a retrospective observational study. Eligible participants were patients diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia at their first visit to the orofacial pain clinic during the study period. Data were collected from medical records and imaging archives, including age, sex, pain distribution, association with dental treatment, MRI findings (presence of neurovascular compression and responsible vessels), prescribed medications, and referral to neurosurgery. No intervention, randomization, or blinding was performed.
