（1）精神的健康課題を背景に不登校にある小中学生と家族に対して、日本の医療・教育・福祉において実施されている支援に関する研究を特定すること
（2）支援内容を特定し今後の研究の方向性を検討する。

The purpose of this scoping review was as follows:
(1) to identify studies examining support provided within the healthcare, educational, and welfare sectors in Japan for elementary and junior high school students experiencing school refusal associated with mental health challenges, and their families; and
(2) to identify the content of such support and to explore directions for future research.

①不登校にある小中学生（6～15歳）とその家族を対象とした文献
②不登校の背景として、精神的健康課題への言及がある
③心理社会的支援または多職種協働支援に関する支援内容が記載されている
④医療・教育・福祉の場、またはこれらを横断する場において実施された支援が記載されている
⑤背景、目的、対象、支援内容、分析方法、結果および考察が明示され、知見の抽出が可能である

1.Focused on elementary and/or junior high school students experiencing school refusal and/or their families.
2.Including reference to mental health challenges associated with school refusal.
3.Describing psychosocial and/or interprofessional or collaborative support.
4.Support implemented in healthcare, educational, or welfare settings, or across sectors.
5.Sufficient reporting to allow extraction of relevant findings.

②不登校の背景として、精神的健康課題への言及が含まれていない文献
③心理社会的支援または多職種協働支援に関する支援内容が記述されていない文献
④方法、対象、分析、結果が示されていない実践紹介や提言、活動報告、個人的意見、体験記、感想文。
⑤医療・教育・福祉の場、またはこれらを横断する場において実施された支援ではなく、精神的健康課題との関連が不明確な学習支援または一般的な子育て支援のみを扱った文献。
⑥背景・目的・対象・方法・結果・考察の記載が不十分であり、目的に関連する情報の抽出が困難な文献
