精神疾患患者及び健康人を対象とし、ウェアラブルデバイスを用いて収集したデジタルデータから、精神疾患に関連するデジタルバイオマーカーを探索する。また、疾患横断的に比較検討する。

本研究は、精神疾患におけるデジタルバイオマーカー探索を目的としたウェアラブルデバイスを用いる観察研究である。精神疾患患者および健康人から収集した臨床情報およびウェアラブルデバイス由来のデジタルデータを解析し、精神疾患に関連するデジタルバイオマーカー候補を探索することを目的とする。本研究では主要評価項目は設定しない。探索的解析として、臨床指標とデジタル指標の関連性を評価する相関解析等の統計解析を実施する予定である。

This study is an observational study using wearable devices to explore digital biomarkers associated with psychiatric disorders. The study aims to identify candidate digital biomarkers by analyzing clinical data and wearable device-derived digital data collected from patients with psychiatric disorders and healthy controls. No primary endpoint is defined in this study. Exploratory analyses, including correlation analyses to evaluate the relationships between clinical and digital measures, will be conducted.
