日本語
本研究の目的は、特発性前・後骨間神経麻痺患者を対象として、保存療法および神経束間剥離術の治療成績を前向きに多施設で評価し、超音波検査により評価される神経のくびれ所見と機能的予後との関連を明らかにすることである。これにより、治療選択および予後予測に有用な臨床的指標を明らかにすることを目的とする。

The objective of this study is to prospectively evaluate the outcomes of conservative treatment and interfascicular neurolysis in patients with idiopathic anterior and posterior interosseous nerve palsy across multiple centers, and to clarify the association between hourglass-like nerve constriction observed on ultrasonography and functional recovery.
This study aims to identify clinically useful indicators for treatment selection and prognostic prediction.

発症から6ヶ月以内に前骨間神経麻痺または後骨間神経麻痺と診断された15歳以上の症例

Patients aged 15 years or older who were diagnosed with anterior interosseous nerve palsy or posterior interosseous nerve palsy within 6 months of symptom onset and who provided written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

外傷、手術、腫瘍など、原因が明らかな神経麻痺の症例および研究担当者が本研究への参加が不適切と判断した症例

Patients with nerve palsy of a clearly identifiable cause, such as trauma, surgery, or tumor, and patients judged by the investigators to be unsuitable for participation in this study.

本研究は前向き多施設共同の観察研究であり、研究として治療や検査の割付・介入は行わない。対象となる治療（保存療法または神経束間剥離術）は、すべて担当医の臨床判断に基づいて通常診療として選択される。
研究では、日常診療の中で取得される診療情報および検査所見を前向きに収集し、超音波検査により評価される神経のくびれ所見と機能的予後との関連を解析する。研究のために新たな検査や治療を追加することはなく、通院回数や診療内容に変更は生じない。

This study is a prospective multicenter observational study, and no treatment allocation or research-driven intervention will be performed. All treatments, including conservative management or interfascicular neurolysis, will be selected solely based on the attending physician's clinical judgment as part of routine clinical practice.

Clinical data and examination findings obtained during routine care will be prospectively collected, and the association between ultrasonographic nerve constriction and functional outcomes will be analyzed. No additional examinations or treatments will be required for research purposes, and participation in this study will not affect the frequency or content of routine clinical visits.
