本研究は、10名の研究者により実施された。手続きは以下のとおりである。第一に、関連するキーワードを用いて文献検索を実施し、重複文献を除外した。第二に、研究者はペアを組み、あらかじめ設定した導入基準および除外基準に基づき、タイトルおよび要旨を独立してスクリーニングし、対象研究を選定した。第三に、抽出された文献について全文レビューを独立して実施した。研究の質評価において研究者間で意見の不一致が生じた場合には、全研究者による協議を行い、合意に達するまで再検討を行った。抽出されたデータは、各文献について、対象者、研究結果、実施セッティング、支援内容等の項目ごとに整理し、データ抽出表を作成して分析を行った。

This study was conducted by a team of ten researchers. The procedures were as follows.
First, a literature search was performed using relevant keywords, and duplicate records were removed.
Second, the researchers worked in pairs and independently screened the titles and abstracts based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria to identify eligible studies.Third, full-text reviews of the selected articles were conducted independently. In cases of disagreement regarding study quality assessment, discussions were held among all researchers, and the process was repeated until consensus was reached.Extracted data were organized into a standardized data extraction table for each study, including participant characteristics, study outcomes, setting, and details of the outreach intervention. The data were then analyzed descriptively.
