本研究では、観血的動脈圧測定を必要とする待機的全身麻酔症例において、非侵襲性血圧測定モニター『VitaWavフィンガーカフ』によって測定される血圧と、橈骨動脈カテーテルによって測定される観血的動脈圧とをエラーグリッド解析を用いて比較検討する

In this study, we will compare blood pressure values obtained with the noninvasive blood pressure monitor, the VitaWave finger cuff, with invasive arterial pressure measured via a radial arterial catheter in elective surgical patients undergoing general anesthesia , using error grid analysis.

1． 仰臥位で手術を行う全身麻酔症例
2． 術中血圧モニタリングとして観血的動脈圧測定モニタリングを必要とする症例

英語
1. Patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia in the supine position.

2. Patients for whom intraoperative invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring is required as part of standard blood pressure monitoring.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 緊急手術症例
2. 術前から心房細動等の不整脈を指摘されている症例
3. 乳がん術後や、透析患者など、両上肢での血圧測定が困難な症例
4. 術前の両上肢の血圧左右差が平均血圧で10mmHg以上の症例

英語
1. Emergency surgery.

2. Known preoperative arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation.

3. Patients in whom blood pressure measurement on both arms is difficult (e.g., post-breast cancer surgery, hemodialysis patients).

4. A preoperative inter-arm blood pressure difference of > 10 mmHg in mean arterial pressure.
