本研究の目的は、佐野病院において実施された子宮鏡下子宮筋腫摘出術の治療成績および周術期合併症を後方視的に解析し、本術式の有効性および安全性を評価することである。

本研究では、佐野病院において子宮鏡下子宮筋腫摘出術を施行された約600例を対象に、治療成績および周術期合併症を後方視的に解析した。主要評価項目である一期的完全摘出率は良好であり、重篤な合併症は認められなかった。詳細な解析結果は現在論文化を進めている。

The primary outcome, the rate of complete resection in a single session, was favorable, and no serious perioperative complications were observed.
