1. リクルート時点で妊娠中の者、生後4か月ごろまでの新生児・乳児を育てている・育てた経験を持つ者、そのご家族（祖父母含む）。
2. 日本語の読み書きと聞き取りが可能な者。
3. 教育動画の視聴を希望する方

1. Individuals who were pregnant at the time of recruitment, those raising or have raised newborns or infants up to approximately 4 months old, and their family members (including grandparents).
2. Individuals capable of reading, writing, and listening to Japanese.
3. Individuals wishing to view educational videos.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1.うつ病等のメンタルヘルスの疾患の診断を受けている方
2.股関節の異常や脱臼を指摘されている児を養育している方

1. Individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions such as depression
2. Individuals raising children who have been diagnosed with hip abnormalities or dislocations
