目的/Objectives

日本語
気管挿管は全身麻酔管理において必要な手技の一つであるが、喉頭蓋の巻き込みは気道浮腫により再挿管時の声門視野の悪化や挿管困難、気道損傷のリスクを高める可能性がある。しかし、現段階では臨床現場において喉頭蓋巻き込みの発生頻度や関連する患者因子・実施者因子について系統的に検討した研究は見当たらない。
本研究では、全身麻酔下での気管挿管時に生じる喉頭蓋巻き込みの有無に関連するリスク因子を明らかにする。

Tracheal intubation is an essential procedure in general anesthesia; however, epiglottal displacement may increase the risk of airway edema, leading to a worsened glottic view during reintubation, difficult intubation, and potential airway injury. Despite these concerns, no studies to date have systematically investigated the incidence of epiglottic downfolding in clinical practice or the patient- and operator-related factors associated with its occurrence. This study aims to identify risk factors associated with the presence or absence of epiglottal displacement during tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.
