目的/Objectives
目的1/Narrative objectives1
日本語
摂食嚥下障害を有する成人患者を対象に、干渉電流型低周波治療器（ジェントルスティム・EX）を用いた電気刺激介入が、
・嚥下関連筋力（頸部筋力・最大舌圧）
・摂食嚥下機能（FILS、FOIS）
に及ぼす効果を、従来法による摂食嚥下リハビリテーションと比較検証することを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of electrical stimulation intervention using an interferential current-type low-frequency therapy device (GentleStim EX) on
Swallowing-related muscle strength (neck muscle strength, maximum tongue pressure)
Swallowing function (FILS, FOIS)
in adult patients with dysphagia, compared to conventional swallowing rehabilitation methods.

摂食嚥下リハビリテーションを受けている者
研究内容について十分な説明を受け、文書による同意が得られた者

Adults with dysphagia at Numata Neurosurgery and Cardiology Hospital
Individuals receiving dysphagia rehabilitation
Individuals who received a thorough explanation of the research content and provided written consent

妊産婦
頸部皮膚状態が不良な者
機器添付文書上の禁忌に該当する者

Pregnant women and new mothers
Individuals with poor skin condition on the neck
Individuals who meet the contraindications listed in the device package insert
