下眼瞼クマ（Tear Trough Deformity）の臨床的重症度（Hirmand分類）と、Cutometerにより測定される下眼瞼皮膚の粘弾性指標との相関関係を明らかにする。

To investigate the association between the clinical severity of tear trough deformity, assessed by the Hirmand classification, and skin viscoelastic parameters of the lower eyelid measured using a Cutometer.

・下眼瞼脱脂術等の施術予定患者（術前評価として測定）

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・過去6か月以内の下眼瞼への注入治療歴
・下眼瞼手術歴
・測定部位に皮膚疾患または炎症を有する者
・出血傾向を有する者

History of injectable treatment to the lower eyelid within the past 6 months.
History of lower eyelid surgery.
Presence of skin disease or inflammation at the measurement site.
Bleeding tendency.

下眼瞼クマは眼窩周囲の老化所見として頻繁に認められ、Hirmand分類による視診評価が広く用いられている。一方、皮膚の弾性や回復能といった物性評価は十分に検討されていない。本研究では、既承認医療機器を用いた皮膚粘弾性測定を導入し、形態的重症度と皮膚物性との関連を検討する。

Tear trough deformity is a common periorbital aging sign, and its severity is typically assessed visually using the Hirmand classification. However, objective evaluation of skin mechanical properties has been limited. This study aims to assess the relationship between morphological severity and skin viscoelasticity using an approved measurement device.
