② 自由意思による研究参加の同意を本人から文書で取得可能な者
③ アテネ不眠尺度で4点以上のもの
④ 同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上70歳未満の者

People who are worked at Matsushita Memorial Hospital
People from whom written informed consent to participate in the study can be obtained voluntarily
People with scoring 4 points or higher on the Athens Insomnia Scale
People aged 18 years or older but under 70 years at the time of consent acquisition

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 急性期感染症、悪性疾患や心臓病等で急性期加療が必要なもの
② 妊娠中の女性
