本邦では、労働安全衛生法に基づくストレスチェック制度により、高ストレスと判定された就労者に対して就業上の措置を講じることが求められている。しかし、ADHD症状やASD症状といった発達障害特性を有する就労者において、どのような職業ストレス因子や職場サポート、ストレス対処方略などの心理社会的要因が高ストレス判定に影響を及ぼすのかについては、実証的な検討が行われていない。本研究では、ADHD症状やASD症状を有する就労者を対象とし、職業ストレス因子、職場サポート、ストレス対処方略などの各要因が高ストレス判定に及ぼす影響を検討する。

In Japan, under the Stress Check Program mandated by the Industrial Safety and Health Act, employers are required to implement appropriate work-related measures for workers who are classified as high stress. However, empirical research has not examined which psychosocial factors-such as occupational stressors, workplace support, and stress coping strategies-are associated with high-stress classification among workers who exhibit neurodevelopmental traits, including symptoms of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This study will focus on workers with ADHD and/or ASD symptoms and will examine the effects of occupational stressors, workplace support, and stress coping strategies on high-stress classification.

ADHD症状やASD症状を有する就労者の心理社会的要因の比較および関連性を検討し、ADHD症状やASD症状を有する就労者のCOVID-19パンデミックの捉え方を検討し、今後の心理的介入の一つとして考えられる対人関係カウンセリングの有用性の理論的根拠のデータとする。

This study will examine the differences and associations in psychosocial factors among workers with ADHD and ASD symptoms, will examine how these individuals perceive the COVID-19 pandemic, and will provide empirical data that will serve as a theoretical basis for the effectiveness of interpersonal counseling as a future psychological intervention.

1. 研究の趣旨を理解し研究参加への文書同意が得られる者
2. 研究参加時に18歳以上の者
3. 対象者選定用調査で現在就労していると回答した者
4. 対象者選定用調査でADHD症状を有する者またはASD症状を有すると判定された者

2. Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of study participation
3. Individuals who reported being currently employed in the screening survey
4. Individuals who were identified as having ADHD symptoms or ASD symptoms in the screening survey
