日本語
5-アミノレブリン酸塩酸塩（5-Aminolevulinic Acid、5-ALA 製剤商品名アラグリオ顆粒剤分包 1.5g ）を使用した光力学的診断を用いた経尿道的膀胱腫瘍摘出術（PDD-TUR-Bt）の副作用として低血圧症があるが、その発生機序については不明な点が多い。本研究では、5-ALAを使用したPDD-TUR-Btを受ける症例で、低血圧発症と血管拡張物質の血中濃度の関連を検討する。

Hypotension is a side effect of transurethral resection of bladder tumors using photodynamic diagnosis with 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride (5-ALA preparation, trade name: Alagrio Granules, 1.5g sachets). However, the mechanism of its occurrence remains largely unclear. This study investigates the relationship between the onset of hypotension and the blood concentration of vasodilator substances in patients undergoing PDD-TUR-Bt using 5-ALA.

TUR-btを脊髄くも膜下麻酔で受ける患者の診療録／麻酔記録から、患者背景、循環動体の変装、昇圧薬の使用状況などを抽出する。術前２回（5-ALA内服前、手術室入室時）と麻酔開始後に採血し、血管拡張物質の濃度を検索する。これらを5-ALAを内服しない患者と比較する。

Extract patient background, circulatory dynamics, and vasopressor usage from medical records/anesthesia logs of patients receiving TUR-bt under spinal anesthesia. Collect blood samples twice preoperatively (before 5-ALA oral administration and upon entering the operating room) and after anesthesia induction to measure vasodilator concentrations. Compare these with patients not receiving oral 5-ALA.
