本研究では、生活介護施設に通所する利用者に対し、センサーゲームを用いた全身運動介入が、立ち座り能力や歩行能力、バランス能力といった身体機能に与える影響を、4週間の介入前後で評価し、その安全性と実現可能性を検討することを目的とする。

This study aims to evaluate the effects of a whole-body exercise intervention using sensor games on physical functions such as standing-to-sitting ability, walking ability, and balance ability in users attending a daily living care facility. This evaluation will be conducted before and after a 4-week intervention period to assess its safety and feasibility.

②生活介護施設に通所中の方
③本研究の参加について同意した方

Individuals who have consented to participate in this research
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
①口頭でのコミュニケーションが困難な方
②過去にデジリハのセンサーゲームを月4回以上実施している方
③歩行困難でTimed UP and Go testが実施できない方
英語
Individuals with difficulty communicating verbally
Individuals who have previously performed DigiReha sensor games at least four times per month
Individuals with walking difficulties who cannot perform the Timed Up and Go test
