To investigate the incidence of phantom limb pain in patients who underwent major limb amputation surgery at our hospital, as well as patient background, onset, treatment, and frequency of referral to our pain clinic.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

①2010年1月1日～2025年11月30日までの期間に当院で手指・足趾より近位の四肢に対して四肢切断術を施行された、もしくは手指・足趾より近位の四肢の外傷性四肢切断に対して再接着術を伴わない手術を施行された20歳以上の患者

1. Patients aged 20 years or older who underwent limb amputation proximal to the fingers and toes at our hospital between January 1, 2010 and November 30, 2025, or who underwent traumatic limb amputation proximal to the fingers and toes without replantation.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

②その他、研究責任者が研究対象者（参加者）として不適当と判断した者

① 当院における四肢切断後の幻肢痛の発症頻度と発症時期、原疾患、切断部位、患者背景、ペインクリニック外来への紹介頻度と紹介時期を記述統計として調査する。
② 記述統計結果をもとにロジスティック回帰分析を行い、幻肢痛の発症リスク因子の抽出を行う。

1. We will investigate, using descriptive statistics, the incidence and timing of onset of phantom limb pain after limb amputation at our institution, as well as the underlying diseases, amputation sites, patient characteristics, and the frequency and timing of referral to the pain clinic.

2. Based on the descriptive results, logistic regression analysis will be performed to identify risk factors associated with the development of phantom limb pain.
