足関節骨折術後患者の部分荷重開始時の術側下腿三頭筋に対して振動刺激を行うことによって，足関節可動域や関節運動時のつまり感の改善効果を検証することである．

The objective is to verify the effectiveness of vibration stimulation applied to the ipsilateral triceps surae muscle during partial weight-bearing initiation in patients following ankle fracture surgery, specifically regarding improvements in ankle range of motion and the sensation of stiffness during joint movement.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)：以下の項目を測定する際の疼痛の強さをVASによって測定する．
① 足関節背屈時（自動・他動運動ともに最終可動域に生じる痛み）
② 足関節底屈時（自動・他動運動ともに最終可動域に生じる痛み）
③ 足関節背屈時のこわばり：コードレスマッサージャー介入前後で足関節背屈時（自動・他動）のこわばりの程度をVASで測定する．
・関節可動域（自動・他動）：ゴニオメーターを使用して，足関節背屈・底屈を計測する．
