入院中の成人患者を対象として病態栄養学会基準2008およびGLIM基準を用いてそれぞれ栄養状態を評価し、栄養不良または低栄養に該当する者の割合を比較する。

The nutritional status of hospitalized adult patients will be assessed using the Japan Society of Metabolism and Clinical Nutrition 2008 criteria and the GLIM criteria, and the proportion of patients who are undernourished will be compared.

入院時に病態栄養基準2008およびGLIM基準による栄養評価を実施する。入院時に浮腫や胸水などの体液貯留を認める場合は、退院時にも同様に栄養評価を実施し、病態栄養基準2008およびGLIM基準による栄養評価の結果を比較する。

At the time of admission, a nutritional assessment will be conducted using the Japan Society of Metabolism and Clinical Nutrition 2008 and the GLIM criteria. If fluid retention such as edema or pleural effusion is observed at the time of admission, a similar nutritional assessment will be conducted at the time of discharge, and the results will be compared with those of the Japan Society of Metabolism and Clinical Nutrition 2008 and the GLIM criteria.
